A 10,700-square-foot house on three lots overlooking the Nicklaus Legend’s 18th, refinished as an all-white interior.
Commanding three oversized lots overlooking the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Legend course, the Egret Point Estate is a sprawling masterpiece of contemporary magnificence. The objective was to take an already prestigious residence and execute a complete “cosmetic overhaul,” transforming it into an all-white, minimalist dream that emphasizes the sheer volume of its 10,700 living square feet.
Palazzo will carry the work through design, visualization, engineering, and construction when the project requires it.
